Process quarterly Multiple Worksite Reporting of Wages to the Employment Development Departmentġ1. Prepare job announcements, duty statements, and all employment-related correspondenceĩ.Ěssist in the maintenance, administration, and development of personnel policies and theġ0. Process employee offboarding including final pay warrantsĨ. Handle the recruitment, screening and hiring process of all GLAD personnel Ħ.Ĝonduct new employee onboarding via HR systemħ. Using GLAD’s HR portal, administer all employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and pension plans.ĥ.
